The TurboWave Network Management Server gives you total control over your wireless network.

Deploying reliable hardware is only part of what’s needed to manage a wireless network. The TurboWave Network Management Server gives you the tools to keep things running smoothly. The server monitors all of the equipment on your network. See at a glance the link status, current load, and usage patterns for any device. You can set rules to control the bandwidth usage automatically or you can set specific bandwidth allowances. The server also makes it easy to set up access control, IP addressing, subnets, and more from one convenient location.

The Network Management Server also makes it easy to manage the customers on your network. Set up billing rules for various plans and usage fees, then you can bill your customers on a regular basis using a credit card or check debit. You can also send out regular invoices and accept payment by cash, check, and credit card. The customer support functionality allows you to keep track of customer trouble tickets, which are logged to the customer’s record in the database allowing you to keep a complete history for each customer.

Network Monitoring
See the link status, bandwidth usage, average ping time, lost packets, and more for any device on your network. Receive automatic alerts when failures occur. Supports SNMP hardware.

Bandwidth Management
Set fixed bandwidth limits by customer and device, or set rules that dynamically adjust to real-time usage to prevent abuse or allow bursting.

Billing
Set rate plans and billing cycles. Bill a credit card or check debit each month, or accept one-time payments via cash, check, or credit card. In addition to rate plans, you can also bill for metered usage like bandwidth.

Multi-Currency
Accept payments in any currency and reconcile payments to statements and bills.

Service & Support
Manage an effective service and support program with scheduling and trouble tickets. Installation scheduling is also supported. All tickets and events are stored in the customer’s records allowing for a complete history for each customer.

Security
Monitor for rogue APs and report on unauthorized client access to the network. Prevent access to the network through MAC address filtering on the server as well as encryption on the Access Points and CPEs.
